In most of the cases of negotiation adjustment done by both of the parties, while bargaining is just done from one side to lie down the price to a comfortable point.
Negotiation can also lead to customisation of service to make it acceptable, but this is not the case with bargaining. In bargaining buyer want the actual offered service in lesser price.
